I bought an old place that started off as a small cabin in the desert and the previous owners added on a couple of times until the house had a large living area and one large bedroom. It has old vinyl (?) tile that needs to be replaced. I would really like to replace it with real tile but I need to know if it's even possible because the floor itself is very uneven. Or will I have to settle for vinyl? Any advice appriciated! Thanks.

WOW looks like you have a HUGE project… you are gonna want to level it out!! Don't go to HOME DEPOT for things, my parents did and they got screwed.. ask around for the best , good luck to you… you don't want to end up with cracks and problems later on if you don't do it right.. good luck
